TDC Pacific Properties was founded in 1996 with a focus on urban infill, multi family property investment and multi family development projects. We focus on multi family projects in urban infill locations that offer the best risk adjusted investment returns. We see value add in multi family projects where we can EITHER rehabilitate existing properties by modernizing them and bringing the units up to current standards with modern kitchens, hardwood floors and upgraded electrical & plumbing OR by building new multi family projects from the ground up doing new construction.
Los Angeles is a geographically unique city that has a shortage of new areas of land to develop. Due to the Pacific Ocean to the West and the Santa Monica and Pasadena Mountains to the East, there is very little “developable” land in the City of Los Angeles itself. Much of our new housing in the City of Los Angeles is created by “infill” development, where old and outdated housing stock is either rehabilitate or torn down to make way for new housing.
